| Brown fused Alumina(also know as brown corundum or brown aluminium oxide) is produced by fusion of calcined bauxite in Electric arc furnaces at high temperature of about 2000 degree celsius. Refractory material: Our brown fused alumina has low iron content making it particularly valuable in refractory applications.Smelted in an electric arc furnace, smelted, desiliconized, iron removed, titanium reduced, and cooled. Abrasive material: BFA has a high refactoriness, is extremely hard and stable. Al2O3 content of brown fused alumina can reach more than 97%, the grinding capacity is 0.1 (diamond is 1). Application: - shaped and unshaped refractory products - abrasive products - blasting medias - brake and friction linings |

Rongxing has a group of experts in the field of servicing graphite electrodes. All of our technicians are trained engineers that have worked in furnaces or within graphite manufacturers in the past. We know all of the EAF, Ladle, and Foundry applications throughout China and Middleast Countries. Beyond the standard procedure of selling electrodes, we help the customer in many ways. This includes identifying a problem before it happens, increasing productivity, training employees on the job, and solving any problems the customer may have at that time. We offer many services including performance analysis, storage in our warehouses, inspection of accessories, and monitoring the furnace.
Rongxing engineers periodically check and measure the conditions of the electrode clamps on the electric arc furnaces and provide technical support when the clamping pressure is regulated.
Our experienced engineers offer an all-round support to the customers for taking our UHP electrodes into operation. They check and analyse the customers' furnace conditions in order to achieve an optimal performance of the graphite electrodes and a decrease of the specific electrode consumption.
Customers will be asked to provide electric arc furnace parameters and specifications and sizes of electrode, and complete Electrode and Furnace Data Form. This information will be carefully reviewed and used to determine the appropriate grade of electrode.
Only a few choice raw materials have the ideal properties for making world-class carbon and graphite products. Rongxing's recipe is quality - from beginning to end. First petroleum coke, pitch coke, natural graphite, special coke are carefully selected. Then they are ground, classified, measured and mixed, resulting in an ideal blend for every type of product.
