The smokeless aluminum slag ball is a new type of steelmaking deoxidizing auxiliary material, mainly used for deoxidation, desulfurization, and purification of molten steel in the steelmaking process.

Features of smokeless aluminum slag ball

1.Strong deoxidation and desulfurization capabilities: During the steel tapping process, the desulfurization rate is greater than 30%, and in the LF (Ladle Furnace) refining furnace, the desulfurization rate can reach over 70%.

2.Rapid slag formation: It can quickly form white slag, covering the surface of the molten steel to provide insulation and prevent oxidation.
