This alloy can replace other materials such as silicon-calcium-barium and silicon-aluminum-barium, improving the distribution of impurities in steel, refining grain size, and enhancing the overall quality of steel

Key Features of SiCaAl Alloy

• Deoxidation: SiCaAl is highly effective in removing oxygen from molten steel, which helps in purifying the steel and improving its mechanical properties.
• Inclusion Modification: The calcium in SiCaAl reacts with sulfur and oxygen to form compounds that can be more easily removed as slag, thereby reducing the number of harmful inclusions in steel.
• Grain Refinement: Aluminum in the alloy acts as a nucleating agent, promoting the formation of fine grains during steel solidification, which enhances the strength and toughness of the steel.
