Carbon Block for Blast Furnace

Blast Furnace Carbon Brick is a high-performance carbon refractory material specially designed for the bottom, hearth, tuyere zone and other critical areas of blast furnaces in iron and steel production.
 
Manufactured from high-quality calcined anthracite, graphite and carbonaceous materials through advanced forming and high-temperature treatment processes, blast furnace carbon bricks provide excellent resistance to molten iron penetration, slag corrosion, thermal shock and high-temperature erosion.
With features of low porosity, high strength, high thermal conductivity and long service life, carbon bricks are widely used in modern large-scale blast furnaces to protect the hearth and bottom structure, reduce furnace maintenance frequency and extend blast furnace campaign life.
