Graphite Rotor consist of rotor pole and nozzle, is an important part of aluminium alloy smelting machine. In aluminium and zinc industry,graphite Rotor is widely used to refine,deslagging and desgassing.

Graphite rotor is used to remove harmful nitrogen in aluminum melt. Through the rotating rotor, nitrogen blown into aluminum melt is broken into a large number of dispersed bubbles, and it is dispersed in liquid metal. It is carried out on the basis of the ultra-high adsorption capacity of graphite, simple operation and excellent efficiency.

The shape of the impeller is streamlined, which can reduce the resistance during rotation, and the friction and scouring force between the impeller and aluminum alloy liquid is relatively small.Thus, the degassing rate is above 50%, the smelting time is shortened and the production cost is reduced.Widely used in aluminum alloy foundries and aluminum products factories.
