Cell Switch ( Starting up and shutting down aluminum reduction pot full current without cut - off device ) realized the continuous operation of large-scale aluminum electrolysis series with full current no power outage. Cell Switch -- Aluminum electrolytic cell (magnesium electrolytic cell) stop and start device without power outage. At the appropriate position between the cathode and anode of the aluminum electrolytic cell (magnesium electrolytic cell), connect the Cell Switch device so that the device and the electrolytic cell are connected in parallel. The shunting effect of the Cell Switch can be used to safely operate the short-circuit port under full current status, thereby enabling the aluminum electrolytic cell (magnesium electrolytic cell) to stop or start without power outage. |
Working principle: When the cell is opened, under the condition of full current, make sure that the cell switch is in the off state, and install it at both ends of the bus short junction of the column of the cell to form a parallel loop with the cell, and then open the short junction first, the current mainly passes through the cell switch body, and then disconnect the cell switch to make all the current flow into the cell to complete the cell opening process. Similarly, when stopping the tank, install the cell switch to both ends of the short junction of the electrolytic cell, and then close the cell switch first, close the short junction, disconnect and remove the cell switch to complete the stopping process |
