Functions of Oxygen Lance Nozzle:

*Supersonic Oxygen Delivery: Accelerates oxygen through multi-hole nozzles (3-6 holes) to Mach ≥2.0, penetrating the molten bath to form reaction zones.

*Decarburization and Refining: Facilitates reactions between oxygen and elements (C, Si, P) in molten iron, generating CO/CO2 gas and oxide slag phases.

*Molten Bath Agitation: Kinetic energy from oxygen jets drives steel flow, enhancing mass/heat transfer and ensuring compositional uniformity.

*Temperature Control: Precisely regulates molten bath temperature (1600-1700°C) by adjusting oxygen flow rate and lance height
